Refund Policy

At Ambiance Fly, we are committed to providing quality training and educational services to our students. Before making any payment, students are advised to carefully review the course details, fee structure, terms and conditions.

01. No Refund of Fees

All fees paid towards admission, registration, course fees, training, or any other academic services at Ambiance Fly are strictly non-refundable.

Once any fee or amount has been paid by a student, whether partially or fully, the amount shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

02. No Refund Under Any Circumstances

No refund shall be provided if a student decides not to continue or complete the course for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Withdrawal from the course after admission.
  • Change of mind or change in career plans.
  • Personal or family reasons.
  • Non-attendance or discontinuation of the course.
  • Failure to meet the required attendance.
  • Failure to meet course performance requirements.
  • Disciplinary action taken by the institute.
  • Termination or cancellation of training.
  • Failure to complete the course.
  • Any other reason resulting in discontinuation of the course.

03. No Transfer or Adjustment of Fees

Fees paid by one student cannot be transferred, assigned, adjusted, or credited towards the fees of another student.

The amount paid shall remain applicable only to the student and course for which the payment was originally made.

The fee paid by one student cannot be used or adjusted against the fee payable by another student under any circumstances.

04. Part Payment & Full Payment

Whether the student has made a part payment or full payment, the amount received by Ambiance Fly shall be treated as non-refundable and non-transferable.

05. Student Acknowledgement

By making a payment and enrolling in a course at Ambiance Fly, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to this Refund Policy along with the Terms & Conditions of the institute.
